Do you deliver outside of the UK?

At this time, I can only deliver to customers within the UK via this shop. If you are interested in my art and live elsewhere, please contact me with your request.

When will my order arrive?

Original artwork will be sent via tracked mail (usually ParcelForce). This will normally take 5 – 7 days but if you are purchasing a framed piece it may take up to 4 weeks if the frames are not in stock. If you wish to discuss a preferred delivery date, please call me on .

In stock greetings cards and postcards should arrive within 5 working days. I endeavour to dispatch them within 48 hours of order. All orders are sent 1st class. I currently do not offer next day delivery. You will receive updates via email as the order is processed. 

Most art prints are printed when ordered using a high quality giclée printing company. Please allow 14 days for delivery. Many orders will take between 7 – 10 days but this time cannot be guaranteed.

What if I want my order more quickly?

We also offer an express service for unframed print orders and can ship your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day for an additional cost (details below).

How much will it cost to ship my order?

I only offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom via this shop and the cost of delivery is included in the price. For international orders, please contact me via email to find out if this is possible to your location.

How will you ship my order?

For small orders of greetings cards, I use Royal Mail standard 1st class post.

Large orders and all orders of prints and original artwork will be sent via tracked courier (usually ParcelForce).

What happens if my item is out of stock?

If this happens I will let you know as soon as possible. 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately I cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s despatched. Simply send an email with ‘Order cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line and I’ll cancel it straight away.

Return Policy

Can I return Artwork I purchased?

All sales of original artwork and limited edition prints are final, unless damaged in transit (please provide evidence). If you wish to return a reproduction print, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. Please contact me regarding returns. I am happy to exchange a print for you, this will cost 10% of the original print fee for restocking. I accept returns and exchanges with 14 days of receipt. Please check your item and contct me as quick as possible.

How do I return my order? 

Returning your artwork must be using the original packaging (or sturdy equivalent). I will not provide you a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit due to poor packaging. Please make sure you package your return with care!
