Description
An alla prima painting of a semi-transparent vase, painted from life. This was an exercise in painting transparency and reflections using a simple object. This beautiful, little vase artwork was also a good practice in drawing ellipses accurately in paint without a preliminary sketch.
Artwork is approximately 18 x 13cm (HxW) on oil paper (25x19cm).
This is one of my ‘Works on Paper’ collection and is sold without a frame. Signed on the back by the Artist.
