A value painting in raw umber of a plaster cast (Portrait of a Girl by Cellini) purchased from the plaster cast studio of the amazing artist, Nicholas H Wood. Drawing and painting from plaster casts has a long tradition in classical art and is a perfect way of developing technique.
Artwork is approximately 30 x 20cm (HxW) on painting paper (33x23cm) in oils.
This is one of my ‘Works on Paper’ collection and is sold without a frame. Signed on the back by the Artist.
